Ryan Patrick is the owner of Peak Fitness & Sports Training (PeakFAST). He is a husband to one and a father to five. Ryan works mostly with youth athletes looking to gain an edge on the competition by increasing their strength, speed, and stamina. He has a Bachelor’s from the University of Kentucky and his Master’s coursework from Colorado State University focused on the effect of fatigue on lower body jumping and landing asymmetries. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the NSCA, a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach and a Precision Nutrition Level 2 Coach.
